Placing Ads in the AAA Annual Meeting Progam

The Program has a distribution of 5,000. It is published in advance of the American Anthropological Association’s annual meeting, held in November or December.

Deadlines: Insertion orders and copy: Aug 1.

Mechanical requirements: Camera-ready copy or .pdf files, actual image size line screen: 133. Publications are printed offset; advertising is placed at end, following text. Average size is 250 pages. E-mail .pdf files to kminter@aaanet.org.

Commission: 15% agency discount if paid within 30 days. Please note: In-house advertising agencies do not qualify.
General Information

August 1, 2008 - Insertion orders due for advertising in Final Program
August 1, 2008 - Artwork due for advertising in Final Program
August 30, 2008 - Exhibit space application and signed contract due
August 30, 2008 - Full payment for exhibit booth space due
August 30, 2008 - Last day to have name of exhibitors manning booth and product descriptions due
September 2008 - Reservations for Housing available
September 2008 - Exhibitor kits mailed out
November 19, 2008- Exhibitor badge pick up and booth set-up
November 19 - 23, 2008 - 107th AAA Annual Meeting & Exhibition
